Information about delivery

All our packages are sent through our National post office (VAS Latvijas Pasts). Packages are sent as casual packages and on arrival you should receive a message from your closest post office about picking up the shipment.

Orders are accepted, processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the order and payment.

Approximate delivery time:

  1. Latvia 1-3 business days regarding the location
  2. Delivery in Europe 7-14 workdays
  3. Delivery worldwide 10-25 workdays.

International and Europe shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout. Price may change based on your location and order weight - heavier orders will cost more to deliver.

Shipping in Latvia has fixed cost:

  • Latvia - 3€
  •  Europe - from 7.50€ (around 2 kendamas and strings)
  • Worldwide - from 8€ (around 2 kendamas + strings)
